A producer with decades of experience, Pepper’s diverse portfolio includes hard-hitting reality programs, gorgeously filmed travel shows and commercial campaigns. An award-winning commercial and music video producer, Pepper has more than 100 national and regional commercials to her credit.
Serving as production manager and producer at the agency level, Pepper has a unique insight into working with agency creatives, bridging production company and agency. This makes for an efficient and easy production, and a product that everyone is proud of.
Pepper has worked with Fox Television’s America’s Most Wanted,” for more than 15 years, traveling all over the country to produce re-enactment segments. The experience of literally dropping into an unfamiliar city or town and building shoot teams, securing locations, selecting talent and just making it all come together for a successful shoot enabled Pepper to hone her skills in the field, not behind a desk.
In addition to Fox, Pepper has been on the producer team for several made for television movies and feature films. She’s supervised and managed projects from $5,000 to 5 million. Her work with Travel Channel for 2 series allowed her to branch out creatively, writing and directing in addition to producing.
“I have decades of real world experience, and I love what I do,” Pepper says. “I have participated in production from all sides, and I think this gives me a great insight to clients, agencies and creatives. I take pride in what’s on the screen, too, and I think that shows in the great care we take with each of our client’s projects, no matter how large or small.”
Believe it or not: Pepper studied classical dance for over 21 years and had her sights on a professional dance career!
